I find the therapy process can be a mirror for life, and work collaboratively through empowering others. I have a genuine curiosity for life and a real strength in utilizing different resources to aid people in obtaining the most meaning and progress for themselves. While in therapy, we will work on skills to help manage distress and facilitate healing.

I am a licensed clinical professional counselor located in Little Rock, Arkansas, having been in practice for 30 years. Although I specialize in addiction recovery, especially drug and alcohol concerns, I have helped people with depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, divorce, grief, and other conditions. When appropriate, I can incorporate other creative interventions including healing with music.
